  • 1: Property under €100,000, just gone sale arranged, I don’t think they’ll be in by Christmas.

Well, in a first for the newsletter, I’ll tell you. It’s on Reenroe. but what used to be on it? A planning application? Well, there was definitely a planning application that was near it, that is no longer there. What does this mean? Having consulted the depths of Kerry County Council’s planning system, let me be the first to tell you that according to the system, nothing has changed. The applicants have until the 18th of next month to respond to the request for (a lot) of further information. Watch this (empty) space… Thanks to long term Oracler Adrian for sending this in.
