This is no ordinary snail. It’s a Purple Storm Sea Snail. You may remember it’s egg cases featured a few weeks back as a first time visitor to these shores. Would you believe these snails live in the middle of the Atlantic, eat deadly jellyfish (Portuguese Men of War)
& are the subject of fierce rows between the Welsh & Irish scientific communities? You don’t have to take my word for it, join a workshop & find out for yourselves.
